- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I am very unhappy with the way they took my money then did not return to finish the countertop installation. There are gaping holes around two posts on the counter, I purchased quarter round as they requested (really, I think that should have been part of the installation) and they keep saying they will come back, promise me dates and I wait all day and no one shows up. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We have tried to contact Heather so that we may return to complete the finishing touches but have had no success. Funny, Heather does not mention that the first day we arrived at her house to install the countertop, she was not home. She did not remember we were coming. I guess Heathers time is more valuble than ours. We adjusted our schedule and returned within a couple of days. Contractors BEWARE!By A Google User, June 27, 2017
