  Food was awful. I asked for a medium done steak and I received a piece of leather with no spice or flavour. Service was bad as well there was just one waitress that was focused on talking about her personal life with her drinking buddy at the bar.

  Steak was bloody and they brought back after been microwaved as they brought it back quite fast. Should have been medium , not rare.my husband and I lost our appetite I didn't finish my fish.noticed two of the waitresses didn't have hair tied and someone wiping the tables with long red nails. Not impressed only good thing was we had gift cards and didn't pay our selves

  I've been here with family several times. The staff are usually excellent. What earned this Kelsey's such a low rating is that the last time we visited, there were flies everywhere. And I mean everywhere - upwards of ten, and that's just around our booth. We spent more time trying to keep the flies off of us and our food than eating, which worked out well because none of us were very hungry after that. This is the first time I'd encountered anything like this here, but it was gross enough that I absolutely won't be going back. In the summer, a few flies are inevitable as come in from outside - it happens. But in the dead of winter? I don't even want to know what sort of conditions were letting them propagate that much inside the restaurant.
