  The service was terrible. We order a large pizza and wait 30 mins for them to mess up the order and give us a medium that looks like a size small. Then we order a panzerotti with cheese, and all it looks like is they put two spoons of tomato sauce and no cheese. It's horrible and we have to walk all the way back. Never coming here again and we have been a customer for 8 years or so.

  We moved from Newmarket to Ajax and we have been ordering from Pizza Nova for over 5 years now, and the pizzas made in this location is absolutely terrible. They are very stingy with their toppings and the pizza is ALWAYS dry. Most of the time when we order we ask for extra pizza sauce so we don't end up with a dry pizza but yet the pizza makers also hold back on the pizza sauce. I ordered from this location 6 times so far but each time the quality of the pizza gets worse. I WILL NEVER order from here again. If you try pizzas from other Pizza Nova locations you will see the difference. We always pay more to get quality tasty pizza from Pizza Nova but this location does not deserve a penny from me. I'm extremely disappointed and have expressed my concerns but nothing has changed.
