  Great staff, great food, great place, TV's at every booth, good drinks, favourite place to go out

  This place is horrible. They have the worst customer service. I went in there yesterday to ask if they will be playing the NBA playoff game. The girl at the front, seemed very very uninterested. She said "yeah sure". I then told her that I have my wife in the car and that we are only coming in if we can watch the game, if not no worries we can find another place. She replied with "yup". So I asked my wife to come in and I was shown a booth. Shortly after we sat down, it was 8:30pm; this was the time the game was starting. We were greeted by a waitresses who asked us what we wanted for drinks. We ordered drinks and then I politely asked her if she could get the channel changed on the booth of this TV so I can watch basketball. She said sure and left us and came back with our drinks. She left for another 5 minutes and came back, the channel was still not changed. She came to take our order, we ordered our food. And I asked her politely again whether she could have the channel changed. She said sure no problem, there is someone in the back that has to do it. I waited for another 10 mins while streaming the game on my phone. The TV channel was still not changed and I walked out of there angry and disappointed. My wife stayed back and expressed her disappointment with the level of customer service. I will never go back there again and will talk to every person about my experience there. How is it too much of an expectation to get a channel changed at a sports bar to a sports channel??? It does not take 20 minutes to do that. It isn't even about just changing the channel, its the relaxed personalities of everyone I spoke to. None of them seemed interested to be there, let alone help me out with my request. I went to Boston Pizza after Do yourself a favor and don't go here. They call themselves a "sports bar", but trust me, your better off at Boston pizza or buffalo wild wing or St.Louis Wings. Those guys always listen to customer requests. Shoeless Joe's just don't care. I'll spend my money elsewhere.
