I once had a latte that didn't taste quite right and from the first sip, the barista knew there was something not quite right and offered to replace it for me with an apology. Great service and a cozy environment.

Wife loves this location. Very good customer service. They have never messed up on our drink order.

More or less your standard Starbucks, though a little less atmospheric - despite having two glass walls - than most, mainly due to its location (directly facing Kingston Road on one side, and directly facing parking lots on the other three sides.) Somewhat limited seating is offered, but it's often taken, even off peak hours. The staff here are lovely, though as this location also has a drive through, orders can take quite some time during a rush.
